Motorola Moto Z3 Play has a global score of 76.3, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 5c's 72.4 score. The Motorola Moto Z3 Play is a newer and just a bit thinner phone than the Xiaomi Mi 5c, but it's also somewhat heavier. Xiaomi Mi 5c features a bit faster CPU than Moto Z3 Play, although it has 1 GB less RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor.
Xiaomi Mi 5c has just a bit better screen than Motorola Moto Z3 Play, because although it has a bit smaller screen and a bit worse 1080 x 1920px resolution, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch of display. The Moto Z3 Play has a superior memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi 5c, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Moto Z3 Play also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 1,95 TB.
Moto Z3 Play features a little better battery performance than Xiaomi Mi 5c, because it has a 3000mAh battery capacity instead of 2860mAh. The Moto Z3 Play captures just a bit better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi 5c, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition, the same video frame rates and a 12 megapixels resolution back-facing camera, the Moto Z3 Play also has a way bigger diafragm aperture.
Although Moto Z3 Play is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Xiaomi Mi 5c, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Xiaomi Mi 5c. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get the Xiaomi Mi 5c, giving up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
