Both phones in this review have Android OS (operating system), but the OPPO Find X2 Neo has older 10 version while Xiaomi Mi 5c has Android 7.1 Nougat version. The OPPO Find X2 Neo construction is newer than the Xiaomi Mi 5c's, although it's just a little thicker and a lot heavier.
The OPPO Find X2 Neo counts with a little bit better processing power than Xiaomi Mi 5c, and although they both have the same number of cores, the OPPO Find X2 Neo also has 9 GB more RAM memory. The OPPO Find X2 Neo has a little more vivid display than Xiaomi Mi 5c, because although it has a just a bit less pixels per inch in the screen, it also counts with a bigger screen and a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels.
The OPPO Find X2 Neo shoots much clearer videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi 5c, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the OPPO Find X2 Neo also has a back facing camera with much more mega pixels and a way larger camera aperture. OPPO Find X2 Neo features a much greater memory for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 5c, because it has 256 GB internal storage.
