Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is a little bit better than Xiaomi Mi 5c, having a 79.3 score against 72.4. These phones use Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has the older 5.1 version while Xiaomi Mi 5c has Android 7.1 Nougat version. Even being the best we are comparing, Samsung Galaxy Note 5's design is older, just a bit thicker and a lot heavier than the Xiaomi Mi 5c.
Galaxy Note 5 features a better display than Xiaomi Mi 5c, because it has a better 2560 x 1440 resolution, a little bit more pixels per screen inch and a quite larger screen. The Xiaomi Mi 5c features a little better processing power than Galaxy Note 5, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a larger number of cores.
The Galaxy Note 5 has as much storage to store more apps and games as Xiaomi Mi 5c, both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory capacity. The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has a little longer battery life than Xiaomi Mi 5c, because it has a 3000mAh battery size. Samsung Galaxy Note 5 shoots slightly better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi 5c, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 also has a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low light captures and videos and a back facing camera with a lot higher 16 mega pixels resolution.
Although Galaxy Note 5 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Xiaomi Mi 5c, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xiaomi Mi 5c. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Galaxy Note 5, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Xiaomi Mi 5c, letting go a couple specifications.
