The Samsung Galaxy Note3 has an overall score of 77.7, which is a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 5c's general score of 72.4. Despite being the best in our current comparison, we must tell that it's also incredibly older, somewhat thicker and heavier. Both phones in this review work with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Note3 has older 4.4.2 version and Xiaomi Mi 5c has Android 7.1 Nougat version.
Xiaomi Mi 5c counts with just a bit better screen than Galaxy Note3, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have the same resolution of 1080 x 1920px, the Xiaomi Mi 5c also counts with a little higher pixel amount in each inch in the display. The Galaxy Note3 has a way bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 5c, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal storage, the Galaxy Note3 also has an external SD slot that supports up to 64 GB.
Xiaomi Mi 5c counts with just a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Note3, and although they both have 3 GB of RAM memory, the Xiaomi Mi 5c also has a larger number of cores. Galaxy Note3 features a bit longer battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi 5c, because it has a 12 percent greater battery capacity.
Samsung Galaxy Note3 counts with a bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi 5c, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution, a same size camera aperture and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy Note3 also has a camera in the back with more mega pixels.
