Xiaomi Mi MIX is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 5c, having a overall score of 76.2 against 72.4. Although it's the best we compare here, Xiaomi Mi MIX is a notably heavier and a little thicker cellphone than Xiaomi Mi 5c. Both of these devices have Android OS, but Xiaomi Mi MIX has older 6.0 Marshmallow version while Xiaomi Mi 5c has Android 7.1 Nougat.
The Xiaomi Mi MIX counts with a bit sharper display than Xiaomi Mi 5c, because although it has a little bit less pixels per display inch, it also counts with a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2040px and a bigger display. Xiaomi Mi MIX has a much bigger memory to install applications and games than Xiaomi Mi 5c, because it has 64 GB more internal storage capacity.
The Xiaomi Mi 5c features a little better processing power than Xiaomi Mi MIX, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM memory, it also counts with more cpu cores. Xiaomi Mi MIX counts with a way better battery performance than Xiaomi Mi 5c, because it has a 4400mAh battery capacity against 2860mAh.
Xiaomi Mi MIX features a bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi 5c, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Xiaomi Mi MIX also has a bigger aperture to capture better captures in poorly lited situations and a back-facing camera with much more MP.
Although Xiaomi Mi MIX is a better device, it costs a lot more than Xiaomi Mi 5c, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Xiaomi Mi 5c. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get the Xiaomi Mi 5c, giving up a couple features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
