Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 is much better than the Xiaomi Mi 5c, with an 81.2 score against 72.4. The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 is an a little thicker and much heavier cellphone than the Xiaomi Mi 5c. Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 has a bit superior processor than Xiaomi Mi 5c, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 also has more RAM memory.
Xiaomi Mi 5c has a bit better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, because although it has a quite smaller display and a little bit lower resolution of 1080 x 1920px, it also counts with a quite better quantity of pixels per screen inch. Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 shoots slightly better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi 5c, and although they both have the same video frame rates, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same resolution back facing camera, the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 also has a bigger camera aperture to capture better images and videos in low-light environments.
Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 has a much greater memory for apps and games than Xiaomi Mi 5c, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity. The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 has a bit better battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi 5c, because it has a 19% more battery size.
Although Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Xiaomi Mi 5c, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Xiaomi Mi 5c. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Xiaomi Mi 5c, resigning a couple features and specs.
