Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus is a little bit better than Asus ROG Phone, with a 78.1 score against 77.1. The Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus is an noticeably older phone than Asus ROG Phone, but Xiaomi made it a little thinner and somewhat lighter anyway. The Asus ROG Phone features just a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because it has more CPU cores and 2 GB more RAM.
The Asus ROG Phone features a slightly better looking display than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, and although they both have the same screen brightness, the Asus ROG Phone also has a little bigger display, a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2160 and a little greater number of pixels in each inch in the screen.
The Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus counts with a way better camera than Asus ROG Phone, although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for taking photos and video in low-light environments, slower 30 fps video frame rate and a smaller sensor shooting worse quality videos and images, they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution.
The Asus ROG Phone has a much greater storage capacity for apps and games than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because it has 512 GB internal storage capacity. The Asus ROG Phone counts with just a little bit longer battery duration than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
