Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has a general score of 78.1, which is just a bit better than Huawei nova 3's 76.3 overall score. Both phones we are comparing work with Android OS, but Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has an older 6.0 Marshmallow version while Huawei nova 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo version. Even being the best cellphone we compare here, we must tell that it's also an older, just a little heavier and just a little bit thicker cellphone.
The Huawei nova 3 features a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, and although they both have a 6 GB RAM memory, the Huawei nova 3 also has a larger number of cores (and also faster). Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus features a little bit better looking screen than Huawei nova 3, although it has a little smaller display, a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 1920 and a just a little lower pixel quantity in each inch in the screen.
The Huawei nova 3 shoots clearer photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Huawei nova 3 also has a better resolution camera in the back and a bigger diafragm aperture to capture better low-light images and videos.
The Huawei nova 3 counts with a much bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Huawei nova 3 also has a SD memory slot that holds up to 256 GB. The Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus features a bit longer battery performance than Huawei nova 3, because it has 3800mAh of battery capacity.
