Comparison review
The Huawei P10 Plus has an overall score of 79.8, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus's 78.1 score. Although the Huawei P10 Plus and Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus were released with only a couple months difference, the Huawei P10 Plus is somewhat thinner and a little bit lighter. The Huawei P10 Plus has a little sharper screen than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and a higher pixel number in each screen inch.
The Huawei P10 Plus counts with a way bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Huawei P10 Plus also has an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 256 GB. Huawei P10 Plus counts with a bit superior processor than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Huawei P10 Plus also has a higher number of cores.
Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus counts with a bit longer battery lifetime than Huawei P10 Plus, because it has 3800mAh of battery capacity against 3750mAh. Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus captures just a bit better photos and videos than Huawei P10 Plus, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for taking images or videos in low-light environments, and they both have the same video quality and the same video frame rates, the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus also counts with a camera with a better resolution.
