Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus is slightly better than the LG Q70, getting a general score of 78.1 against 77.9. Both devices we compare here include Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has a newer 6.0 Marshmallow version while LG Q70 has Android 10 version. The LG Q70 takes better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, and although they both have the same video quality and the same video frame rate, the LG Q70 also has a back facing camera with way more megapixels, a bigger sensor providing a higher image quality and a larger diafragm aperture to capture better captures in low light situations.
