Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus is slightly better than the OnePlus 9, getting a score of 78.1 against 76. These phones have Android OS, but Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has a more recent 6.0 Marshmallow version while OnePlus 9 has Android 11. Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus is an older phone than OnePlus 9, but Xiaomi was able to build it just a little thinner and somewhat lighter anyway.
The Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has a little sharper screen than OnePlus 9, although it has a little smaller display, a bit worse screen density and a little bit worse resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. OnePlus 9 features as much memory for applications and games as the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, both of them have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory.
The OnePlus 9 counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because it has a larger amount of RAM memory and more CPU cores. OnePlus 9 features a much better camera than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because it has a larger diafragm aperture, a lot higher 7680x4320 video resolution, a back facing camera with a lot higher 48 mega pixels resolution and a much larger sensor shooting lot higher quality videos and photographs.
OnePlus 9 features just a little better battery life than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because it has an 18 percent greater battery capacity.
