The Samsung Galaxy Fold has an overall score of 97.6, which is a lot better than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus's score of 78.1. The Samsung Galaxy Fold design is newer and thinner than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus's, although it's incredibly heavier. These devices have Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Fold has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has Android 6.0 Marshmallow, so it gives some extra features.
Galaxy Fold features a bit faster processor than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because it has a greater number of cores (and also faster) and a greater amount of RAM memory.
