Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus has a general score of 78.1, which is slightly better than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus's overall score of 78.1. The Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus is a notably older and a bit thicker cellphone than the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, but Samsung managed to build it lighter anyway. Both phones in this review come with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus has an older 4.4.2 version while Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version.
Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus has just a bit better performance than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because although it has 4 GB lesser RAM, and they both have a Quad-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus also counts with an additional graphics processor. Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus counts with a bit more vivid screen than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1920 x 1080, the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus also counts with a bit more pixels per screen inch.
Galaxy S5 Plus counts with a bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not good for taking pictures and video in low light situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same video frame rate, the Galaxy S5 Plus also counts with a more megapixels back camera and a larger back camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has a lot bigger memory for games and applications than Galaxy S5 Plus, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus features a very superior battery life than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has a 3800mAh battery capacity.
