Galaxy Z Fold 3 is better than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, with a 90.6 score against 78.1. Both of these phones use Android OS, but Galaxy Z Fold 3 has the older 11 version while Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version.
