The Xiaomi 12 is slightly better than the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, having a global score of 78.8 against 78.1. The Xiaomi 12 construction is a lot newer, but just a bit thicker and just a little bit heavier than the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus. Both phones we are comparing use Android operating system, but Xiaomi 12 has an older 12 version while Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus features a way better hardware performance than Xiaomi 12, although it has 2 GB lesser RAM and lesser CPU cores.
