Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi 9T has a global score of 78.2, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus's 78.1 overall score. Although Xiaomi Redmi 9T is much newer than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, it is somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi Redmi 9T has older 10 version while Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version.
The Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus and the Xiaomi Redmi 9T both have really similar processing units, because although the Xiaomi Redmi 9T has 2 GB lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a greater number of cores. The Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus counts with a little sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi 9T, although it has a little bit worse pixels density, a little bit lower 1080 x 1920 resolution and a bit smaller display.
The Xiaomi Redmi 9T has a bigger storage to install applications and games than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory slot that admits up to 512 GB. Xiaomi Redmi 9T counts with a better camera than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Xiaomi Redmi 9T also has a larger aperture, a back camera with way more MP and a lot bigger camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
Xiaomi Redmi 9T counts with a way better battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity against 3800mAh.
