Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a general score of 98, which is much better than Xiaomi Mi 6's 76.5 overall score. Even though Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is incredibly newer than the Xiaomi Mi 6, it is somewhat thicker and noticeably heavier. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a bit faster CPU than Xiaomi Mi 6, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a greater amount of RAM.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a screen that's just as good as the display in Xiaomi Mi 6, although the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a little bit higher display density, a lot better resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels and a lot bigger display.
