Comparison review
Galaxy S6 Edge has an overall score of 85.7, which is much better than Xiaomi Mi 6's global score of 76.5. The Galaxy S6 Edge is an incredibly older cellphone than the Xiaomi Mi 6, but Samsung managed to make it a lot lighter and just a bit thinner anyway. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge features a better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi 6, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and a better pixel density.
Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a bit more powerful CPU than Xiaomi Mi 6, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have 8 cores, the Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with a 64-bit processing unit and a graphics processing unit. The Galaxy S6 Edge and Xiaomi Mi 6 have quite similar memory for games and applications, both have equal 128 GB internal storage.
Xiaomi Mi 6 features greater battery performance than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has a 3350mAh battery size instead of 2600mAh. Xiaomi Mi 6 captures better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has a lot worse resolution camera, a tinier camera sensor which gives a lower photo and video quality and a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, it also counts with a bigger camera aperture to capture better captures and video in low light environments.
Although Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Xiaomi Mi 6, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xiaomi Mi 6. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Galaxy S6 Edge, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Xiaomi Mi 6, letting go a couple specs and features.
