Comparison review
The Galaxy S8 Active is slightly better than the Xiaomi Mi 6, having a general score of 81.9 against 76.5. Despite being the best in this comparison, Galaxy S8 Active's construction is heavier and notably thicker than Xiaomi Mi 6. Samsung Galaxy S8 Active counts with a slightly better looking display than Xiaomi Mi 6, because it has a way higher 1440 x 2960 resolution, a bit larger display and a better count of pixels per inch of screen.
The Galaxy S8 Active has a slightly better storage for apps and games than Xiaomi Mi 6, because although it has 0 less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 256 GB. The Xiaomi Mi 6 features a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy S8 Active, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Xiaomi Mi 6 also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
Galaxy S8 Active counts with greater battery life than Xiaomi Mi 6, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity instead of 3350mAh. The Samsung Galaxy S8 Active shoots a bit better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi 6, and although they both have the same video quality, a camera with a 12 megapixels and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy S8 Active also has a larger aperture for better low light photography and video and a bigger sensor taking better quality videos and photographs.
Despite of being the best phone in our current comparison, the Galaxy S8 Active is also very cheap compared to the other devices, which makes it an easy decision.
