Comparison review
Xperia 5 II has a global score of 87.2, which is much better than the Xiaomi Mi 6's global score of 76.5. Even though the Xperia 5 II is a bit thicker than Xiaomi Mi 6, it's just a little bit lighter and also way newer. Sony Xperia 5 II features a bit better processing unit than Xiaomi Mi 6, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Sony Xperia 5 II also has more RAM.
The Xiaomi Mi 6 features a bit sharper display than Sony Xperia 5 II, although it has a little inferior pixels quantity per display inch, a little smaller display and a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 1920px. Xperia 5 II has much more memory capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 6, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal memory, the Xperia 5 II also has a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 1000 GB.
The Xperia 5 II captures much better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi 6, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same resolution back-facing camera, the Xperia 5 II also has faster video frame rate, a bigger aperture to take better low light captures and videos and a much larger back-facing camera sensor providing a much better image quality.
The Xperia 5 II has superior battery performance than Xiaomi Mi 6, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.
The Xperia 5 II is a lot more expensive than Xiaomi Mi 6, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
