The Sony Xperia XA2 Plus has an overall score of 78.6, which is just a bit better than Xiaomi Mi 6's global score of 76.5. Although the Sony Xperia XA2 Plus is newer than the Xiaomi Mi 6, it's heavier and noticeably thicker. Xiaomi Mi 6 features a little more vivid display than Xperia XA2 Plus, because although it has a bit worse 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution and a little smaller display, it also counts with a just a little better screen pixels density and a little more brightness.
Xiaomi Mi 6 counts with just a bit better processing power than Xperia XA2 Plus. Both of them have a Octa-Core processing unit and the same RAM amount. The Xperia XA2 Plus shoots a bit better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi 6, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not good for taking pictures in low-light situations, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same (4K) video definition, the Xperia XA2 Plus also counts with a lot larger sensor shooting way higher quality videos and photos and a back-facing camera with way more megapixels.
Xperia XA2 Plus has a bigger memory to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 6, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with an external memory card slot that allows up to 400 GB. The Xperia XA2 Plus features just a bit better battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi 6, because it has a 7% larger battery size.
