The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has an overall score of 77.5, which is slightly better than Xiaomi Mi 6's 76.5 global score. Even being the best in this comparison review, Xiaomi Mi Max 2 is a heavier and a little thicker cellphone than the Xiaomi Mi 6. The Xiaomi Mi 6 counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Mi 6 also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
Xiaomi Mi 6 has a much better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have the same 1080 x 1920 resolution, the Xiaomi Mi 6 also counts with a little more pixels per inch of screen. The Xiaomi Mi 6 takes just a bit better photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and although they both have a back camera with a 12 MP resolution, a same size camera sensor, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Xiaomi Mi 6 also has a bigger aperture to capture better low-light photos.
The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 counts with a much better memory for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 6, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory, the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 also has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 128 GB. Xiaomi Mi Max 2 features a much better battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi 6, because it has a 5300mAh battery capacity.
Even being the best phone in this comparison, the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 is also by far the cheapest one, which makes this phone a great choice.
