Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 has an overall score of 81.2, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 6's 76.5 general score. Even being the best in this review, the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 body is a little bit thicker and a little bit heavier than the Xiaomi Mi 6. The Xiaomi Mi 6 counts with a little more vivid screen than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, because although it has a little bit worse resolution of 1080 x 1920px and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little higher screen density.
The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 features a superior memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi 6, because it has 256 GB internal memory capacity. Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 counts with a processor that is just as good as the processing unit in Xiaomi Mi 6, they have 6 GB of RAM and 8 processing cores.
The Xiaomi Mi 6 counts with a slightly better camera than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, and although they both have the same resolution camera, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the same video frame rates and a same size back-facing camera sensor, the Xiaomi Mi 6 also has a bigger aperture. Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 and Xiaomi Mi 6 both feature very similar batteries duration, although the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 also has a 1 percent greater battery capacity.
Although Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Xiaomi Mi 6, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xiaomi Mi 6. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, else you can save some money and get the Xiaomi Mi 6, giving up some features and specifications.
