Comparison review
Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G has a score of 90.5, which is much better than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite's global score of 77.7. Although it's the best in our current comparison, the Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G is a somewhat thicker and heavier cellphone than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite. These phones work with Android OS (operating system), but Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G has the older 10 version and Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite has Android 8.1 Oreo.
The Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G counts with a little sharper screen than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, because it has a little higher resolution of 1176 x 2400, a bit bigger display and a just a little more pixels per display inch. Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G features just a bit better processing power than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, and although they both have 8 cores, the Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
The Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G features much more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, because it has more internal storage capacity. Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G features a very superior camera than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G also has a camera in the back with lot more mega-pixels, a much bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, better 60 fps video frame rate and a larger diafragm aperture for better captures and video in poorly lited situations.
Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G has superior battery life than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, because it has a 34 percent more battery size.
