Huawei P10 Plus has a general score of 79.8, which is a bit better than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite's overall score of 77.7. The Huawei P10 Plus construction is a bit lighter and a bit thinner than the Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite. The Huawei P10 Plus features just a little better performance than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite. Both have 6 GB of RAM and the same number of cores.
Huawei P10 Plus features a bit sharper display than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and a better display pixel density. The Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite shoots slightly better photos and videos than Huawei P10 Plus, although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not so good for taking photographs and video in low light situations, they both have a back facing camera with a 12 mega pixels, the same video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rate.
Huawei P10 Plus features a much greater memory capacity to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Huawei P10 Plus also has an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 256 GB. Huawei P10 Plus counts with a little longer battery duration than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, because it has 3750mAh of battery capacity.
