Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite is a bit better than Huawei P30 Lite, getting a general score of 77.7 against 77. Both of these phones use Android OS, but the Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite has an older 8.1 Oreo version and Huawei P30 Lite has Android 9.0 Pie. The Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite is a just a little heavier and a bit thicker phone than Huawei P30 Lite.
Huawei P30 Lite features a screen that is very similar to the Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite one, because although the Huawei P30 Lite has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a quite greater number of pixels in each display inch and a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2312px. Huawei P30 Lite has a superior storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Huawei P30 Lite also has a SD extension slot that allows up to 512 GB.
The Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite features a bit superior processor than Huawei P30 Lite, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite also has a higher amount of RAM. Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite counts with just a bit better camera than Huawei P30 Lite, because although it has a tinier aperture which is worse for capturing images and video in low-light situations, a way less MP camera in the back and a much smaller sensor which gives a much worse image and video quality, it also counts with a lot higher 3840x2160 video resolution.
