The Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite has a general score of 77.7, which is just a bit better than the OnePlus 8 UW's 75.9 general score. Both of these devices include Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite has newer 8.1 Oreo version while OnePlus 8 UW has Android 10 version. Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite's construction is a bit thinner and a little lighter than the OnePlus 8 UW.

The OnePlus 8 UW and Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite count with very similar memory capacity for games and applications, they have equal internal memory capacity. OnePlus 8 UW has better battery life than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity against 3350mAh.
