Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite has an overall score of 77.7, which is a little bit better than the Galaxy Alpha's 76.3 general score. Even being the best in this review, the Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite is a somewhat thicker and noticeably heavier cellphone than Galaxy Alpha. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite has a newer 8.1 Oreo version while Galaxy Alpha has Android 4.4.4 version.
The Galaxy Alpha counts with a little more vivid screen than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, although it has a much smaller screen, a just a bit less pixels per screen inch and a much lower resolution of 1280 x 720px. The Galaxy Alpha counts with a bit more powerful processor than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, because although it has a lower amount of RAM and a lower number of cores , it also counts with an additional GPU.
The Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite counts with a way bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Alpha, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite counts with a little bit better camera than Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have a camera in the back with a 12 MP resolution, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite also has a bigger diafragm aperture.
Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite features a very superior battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has an 80 percent more battery capacity.
