Comparison review

The Galaxy S10 has a general score of 88.3, which is better than the Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite's overall score of 77.7. Both devices in this comparison review come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S10 has an older 11 version while Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite has Android 8.1 Oreo. Galaxy S10 is a a little bit lighter but a little bit thicker phone than the Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite.

The Samsung Galaxy S10 has just a little better performance than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy S10 also has more RAM. Samsung Galaxy S10 features a bit sharper display than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a greater pixel number per inch of display and a higher 1440 x 3040 resolution.

Galaxy S10 takes a bit better videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, and although they both have the same video definition, a 0.39 inches back camera sensor and a 12 megapixels resolution back facing camera, the Galaxy S10 also has a much larger aperture to take better low-light photography and videos and better video frame rates.

The Samsung Galaxy S10 counts with a very superior memory to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy S10 also has an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB. Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite and Galaxy S10 count with similar batteries, although the Galaxy S10 also has 3400mAh of battery capacity against 3350mAh.
