Xperia 10 II has a global score of 78.5, which is slightly better than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite's general score of 77.7. These phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the Xperia 10 II has an older 10 version while Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite has Android 8.1 Oreo. Xperia 10 II's design is just a little thicker but somewhat lighter than the Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite.

Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite features a bit more powerful processor than Xperia 10 II, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite also has a greater amount of RAM. Xperia 10 II counts with a bit sharper screen than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a bit more pixels per inch in the display and a slightly higher 1080 x 2520 resolution.

The Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite takes just a bit better photos and videos than Xperia 10 II, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the same resolution back-facing camera and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite also has a bigger sensor which gives a better image and video quality and a larger aperture to capture better images and video in poorly lited environments.
