Xiaomi Black Shark 2 is slightly better than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, with an 82.3 score against 77.7. Although it's the best in this review, the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 is a somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker cellphone than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite. These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Black Shark 2 has 10 version and Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
Xiaomi Black Shark 2 has a little bit better processing power than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, and although they both have 8 cores, the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 also has a larger amount of RAM. Xiaomi Black Shark 2 has a slightly better screen than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, because it has a just a bit more pixels per inch of display, a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2340px and a little bit bigger screen.
Xiaomi Black Shark 2's storage for applications, games, photos and videos is just as good as the Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite one, they have the same 128 GB internal memory. The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 counts with a better camera than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 also has a bigger aperture to capture better low light captures and video, a way more mega pixels back-facing camera and a much bigger sensor which provides a lot better image and video quality.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 features longer battery life than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity against 3350mAh.
