Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite is slightly better than Xiaomi POCO X4 Pro 5G, having a general score of 77.7 against 76.7. The Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite is a somewhat lighter and a little bit thinner cellphone than Xiaomi POCO X4 Pro 5G. These phones work with Android operating system, but Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite has a newer 8.1 Oreo version and Xiaomi POCO X4 Pro 5G has Android 12 version.
Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite counts with a lot better processing power than Xiaomi POCO X4 Pro 5G. Both have the same number of cores and the same RAM amount. The Xiaomi POCO X4 Pro 5G counts with a little bit better screen than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, because although it has a quite lower pixels density, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2400 and a little bit larger display.
Xiaomi POCO X4 Pro 5G has a much better memory capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, and although they both have the same internal storage, the Xiaomi POCO X4 Pro 5G also has an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB. The Xiaomi POCO X4 Pro 5G features a really longer battery duration than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, because it has a 5000mAh battery size against 3350mAh.
The Xiaomi POCO X4 Pro 5G has just a bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, and although they both have a F1.9 diafragm aperture, the Xiaomi POCO X4 Pro 5G also has a back facing camera with much more MP.
