Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate has a score of 94, which is much better than Xiaomi Mi 8's global score of 83.3. Even though Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate is newer than Xiaomi Mi 8, it is extremely heavier and incredibly thicker. The Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate features a little bit better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi 8, because although it has a quite lower pixels density, it also counts with a much brighter display, a little bit larger display and a slightly higher 1080 x 2448 resolution.
The Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate has a bit better CPU than Xiaomi Mi 8, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate also has a larger amount of RAM. Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate has a very superior memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi 8, because it has 512 GB internal memory capacity.
The Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate captures much better videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi 8, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate also has a much higher resolution back facing camera, a lot bigger sensor and a lot higher 7680x4320 video definition. The Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate has a way better battery life than Xiaomi Mi 8, because it has a 6000mAh battery size.
