Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi 8 is a bit better than Huawei Mate 10, with a overall score of 83.3 against 78.9. These devices use the same Android 10 OS, so you shouldn't notice any difference in that aspect. Even though the Xiaomi Mi 8 and Huawei Mate 10 were released with only 8 months difference, the Xiaomi Mi 8 is a little thinner and just a little bit lighter.
The Huawei Mate 10 has a slightly better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi 8, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560, a little bit more pixels per inch of display and a little brighter display. The Xiaomi Mi 8 has just a little better hardware performance than Huawei Mate 10, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Mi 8 also has a higher amount of RAM.
