Xiaomi Mi 8 is just a bit better than Moto G6 Plus, having a overall score of 83.3 against 77.5. Although the Xiaomi Mi 8 and Moto G6 Plus were only released with a few months difference, the Xiaomi Mi 8 construction is a little bit thinner but a little heavier. The Xiaomi Mi 8 has a bit sharper display than Moto G6 Plus, because although it has a quite lower screen density, it also counts with a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2248 pixels and a quite larger screen.
The Xiaomi Mi 8 features a lot bigger storage for applications and games than Moto G6 Plus, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage. Xiaomi Mi 8 counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Moto G6 Plus. They have 6 GB of RAM and a Octa-Core processor.
