Comparison review
Motorola razr (2020) is a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 8, with an 87 score against 83.3. Motorola razr (2020) is a way newer cellphone than the Xiaomi Mi 8, but it is just a bit heavier and a little bit thicker. Both phones in this review use Android operating system, but the Motorola razr (2020) has the newer 11 version while Xiaomi Mi 8 has Android 10 version, so it provides the user some extra features and performance improvements.
Xiaomi Mi 8 counts with a bit more vivid display than Motorola razr (2020), and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Xiaomi Mi 8 also has a little bit greater pixel quantity per screen inch and a little bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2248px. Xiaomi Mi 8 and Motorola razr (2020) count with incredibly similar storage for games and applications, both of them have exactly the same 256 GB internal storage capacity.
Xiaomi Mi 8 features a little faster processor than Motorola razr (2020), although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have 8 CPU cores. The Xiaomi Mi 8 has improved battery lifetime than Motorola razr (2020), because it has 3400mAh of battery capacity against 2800mAh. Motorola razr (2020) counts with a superior camera than Xiaomi Mi 8, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same video frame rates, the Motorola razr (2020) also has a bigger camera aperture to take better low-light captures and video, a lot larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a much more megapixels back-facing camera.
