Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi 8 has a general score of 83.3, which is slightly better than OnePlus 8 Pro's 77.2 score. Xiaomi Mi 8 is an older phone than the OnePlus 8 Pro, but it's a little thinner and somewhat lighter anyway. The OnePlus 8 Pro counts with a CPU that is just as good as the processing unit in Xiaomi Mi 8, and although the OnePlus 8 Pro has a larger amount of RAM, they both have 8 cores.
OnePlus 8 Pro features a brighter display than Xiaomi Mi 8, because it has a better amount of pixels per inch in the display, a better resolution of 1440 x 3168px, way more display brightness and a little bit bigger display. The Xiaomi Mi 8 counts with a very superior memory capacity to store more apps and games than OnePlus 8 Pro, because it has more internal storage capacity.
The OnePlus 8 Pro has a much better camera than Xiaomi Mi 8, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the OnePlus 8 Pro also has faster 60 frames per second video frame rate, a way bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a way more megapixels camera in the back.
OnePlus 8 Pro has longer battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi 8, because it has a 4510mAh battery capacity instead of 3400mAh.
