Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 30 5G is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, getting a global score of 87.4 against 81.4. Despite being the best phone in this review, Huawei Mate 30 5G is a way heavier and somewhat thicker phone than the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE. Both of these devices have Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei Mate 30 5G has an older 10 version and Xiaomi Mi 9 SE has Android 9.0 Pie version.
The Xiaomi Mi 9 SE counts with a bit sharper screen than Huawei Mate 30 5G, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution, the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE also counts with a just a little higher display density. Huawei Mate 30 5G's storage capacity to install games and applications is very similar to the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE one, both of them have equal internal storage capacity.
Huawei Mate 30 5G has a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Huawei Mate 30 5G also has a greater amount of RAM memory. The Huawei Mate 30 5G has a superior battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, because it has a 4200mAh battery size against 3070mAh.
Huawei Mate 30 5G counts with a little bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, because although it has a lesser mega pixels resolution camera in the back and a lower (4K) video quality, and they both have a F1.8 diafragm aperture, the Huawei Mate 30 5G also counts with a way larger back camera sensor providing a way higher image quality.
