Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi 9 SE is a little bit better than Huawei nova 5T, with an 81.4 score against 80.8. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android OS, but the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Huawei nova 5T has Android 10 version, so it gives some nice extra features and a performance increase. The Xiaomi Mi 9 SE is a a little bit thinner and lighter device than the Huawei nova 5T, even though both were released with only a couple months difference.
Xiaomi Mi 9 SE features just a bit better looking screen than Huawei nova 5T, because although it has a little smaller screen, and they both have an equal resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE also counts with a bit more pixels per inch of display. The Huawei nova 5T's storage capacity for games and applications is just as good as Xiaomi Mi 9 SE's one, both have exactly the same internal memory capacity.
Huawei nova 5T counts with a bit better processor than Xiaomi Mi 9 SE. Both of them have a 6 GB RAM memory and a Octa-Core processor. Huawei nova 5T has improved battery performance than Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, because it has 3750mAh of battery capacity. Xiaomi Mi 9 SE captures slightly better videos and photos than Huawei nova 5T. Both of them have a F1.8 aperture, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, a 0.5 inches camera sensor, the same 30 fps video frame rates and a same resolution back camera.
