Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi 9 SE is a bit better than LG V40 ThinQ, getting a score of 81.4 against 81.2. Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE has newer 9.0 Pie version while LG V40 ThinQ has Android 10, so it gives you a couple nice extra features. Xiaomi Mi 9 SE's body is a little bit lighter and just a little bit thinner than the LG V40 ThinQ, even though both were released with only a few months difference.
LG V40 ThinQ counts with a bit sharper screen than Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, because it has a just a bit greater pixel density, a quite bigger screen and a better 1440 x 3120 pixels resolution. LG V40 ThinQ has a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi 9 SE. They have 8 cpu cores and the same RAM memory amount.
The LG V40 ThinQ has a much bigger memory to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. LG V40 ThinQ counts with just a bit longer battery performance than Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, because it has a 7% larger battery size.
Xiaomi Mi 9 SE features a much better camera than LG V40 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not recommended for low light photos and videos and lower 30 fps video frame rates, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE also counts with a way bigger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a back-facing camera with much more mega pixels.
