Comparison review
Galaxy Fold has a score of 97.6, which is better than the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE's 81.4 overall score. Both devices we compare here use the same Android 9.0 Pie operating system. Even though the Galaxy Fold and the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE were only released with a few months difference, Galaxy Fold's design is noticeably heavier but also just a bit thinner.
Xiaomi Mi 9 SE counts with a bit better display than Samsung Galaxy Fold, because although it has a little bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and a quite smaller display, it also counts with a just a little higher display density. Galaxy Fold has a lot bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, because it has 384 GB more internal memory.
Samsung Galaxy Fold features a bit faster processor than Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Samsung Galaxy Fold also has a higher amount of RAM memory. Xiaomi Mi 9 SE has a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy Fold, because although it has worse video frame rate and a tinier aperture which is not good for low light photography, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE also counts with a lot bigger back camera sensor and a lot higher resolution back-facing camera.
Samsung Galaxy Fold features a really longer battery performance than Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, because it has a 4380mAh battery size.
