The Xiaomi Mi 9 SE is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Note3, with an 81.4 score against 77.7. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Samsung Galaxy Note3 has Android 4.4.2. The Xiaomi Mi 9 SE body is extremely newer, thinner and just a little bit lighter than the Samsung Galaxy Note3.
