Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi 9 SE is just a bit better than Xperia XZ Premium, having a overall score of 81.4 against 79.8. Xiaomi Mi 9 SE is a newer device, and it is also lighter and a little bit thinner than the Xperia XZ Premium. Sony Xperia XZ Premium's processor is very similar to Xiaomi Mi 9 SE's CPU, and although the Sony Xperia XZ Premium has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 cores.
The Sony Xperia XZ Premium features a more vivid display than Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with much more pixels per inch of screen, a little bit brighter display and a way higher resolution of 2160 x 3840. The Xiaomi Mi 9 SE counts with a better camera than Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same video frame rate, the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE also has a bigger sensor which provides a higher photo and video quality, a bigger camera aperture and a much higher resolution camera.
Xperia XZ Premium has a little bit better memory to install applications and games than Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD card slot that holds up to 256 GB. Xperia XZ Premium has just a bit better battery life than Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, because it has a 5% larger battery size.
