Xiaomi Mi 9 SE is a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, getting a general score of 81.4 against 77.1. Both devices in this comparison have Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G has Android 11 version, so it offers lots of additional features.
