Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi 9 SE is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, getting a overall score of 81.4 against 75.7. Although Xiaomi Mi 9 SE is noticeably older than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, it's construction is just a little bit thinner and lighter. Both phones we compare here come with Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE has newer 9.0 Pie version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has Android 12 version, so it gives a couple additional features and enhanced performance.
The Xiaomi Mi 9 SE counts with a much faster processor than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro. Both of them have a Octa-Core processor and 6 GB of RAM. The Xiaomi Mi 9 SE and the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro feature really similar displays, because although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has a little lower amount of pixels per display inch, it also counts with more brightness, a little bit larger display and a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro and Xiaomi Mi 9 SE count with similar storage to install applications and games, they have equal internal memory capacity. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro features a much better battery life than Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 3070mAh.
