Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi 9 SE is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, having an 81.4 score against 80.3. Even though the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE and Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 were released only 3 months apart, the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE is somewhat lighter and a little thinner. The Xiaomi Mi 9 SE has a bit superior processor than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
The Xiaomi Mi 9 SE has a little bit better display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have the same 1080 x 2340 resolution, the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE also counts with a quite greater count of pixels in each inch of display. Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 features a much bigger storage for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 256 GB.
The Xiaomi Mi 9 SE shoots just a bit better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, and although they both have a same size aperture, a 0.5 inches back camera sensor and a 48 MP resolution back-facing camera, the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE also has a lot better (4K) video resolution.
