Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi 9 is just a bit better than Asus ROG Phone, getting an 83.2 score against 77.1. The Xiaomi Mi 9 is a thinner and lighter device than Asus ROG Phone, although both were released only 4 months apart. Asus ROG Phone has a screen that's very similar to the Xiaomi Mi 9 one, although the Asus ROG Phone has a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2160, a quite smaller screen, a little bit darker display and a bit inferior number of pixels per inch of display.
The Asus ROG Phone features a bit faster CPU than Xiaomi Mi 9, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ROG Phone also has a higher amount of RAM. Xiaomi Mi 9 has a much better camera than Asus ROG Phone, and although they both have the same video frame rate, the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same aperture, the Xiaomi Mi 9 also has a way larger back camera sensor shooting way higher quality videos and photographs.
The Asus ROG Phone has a much better storage capacity to install games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 9, because it has 512 GB internal memory capacity. The Asus ROG Phone features greater battery duration than Xiaomi Mi 9, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.
