Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone 3 is slightly better than the Xiaomi Mi 9, getting an 86.3 score against 83.2. Asus ROG Phone 3 is a newer phone than the Xiaomi Mi 9, but it is incredibly heavier and a lot thicker. The Asus ROG Phone 3 counts with a bit better CPU than Xiaomi Mi 9, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Asus ROG Phone 3 also has 6 GB more RAM.
The Asus ROG Phone 3 has just a bit better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi 9, because although it has a just a bit worse display pixel density, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 2340px, the Asus ROG Phone 3 also counts with much more brightness and a little bit bigger display.
The Asus ROG Phone 3's memory for games and applications is just as good as the Xiaomi Mi 9 one, both have the same internal memory capacity. The Asus ROG Phone 3 captures clearer photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi 9, and although they both have a F1.8 camera aperture, the Asus ROG Phone 3 also has a larger sensor taking better quality pictures, a lot higher 7680x4320 video definition and a camera in the back with a lot better 64 megapixels resolution.
The Asus ROG Phone 3 features a much better battery life than Xiaomi Mi 9, because it has an 82% larger battery size.
