Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi 9 is just a bit better than the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), with a score of 83.2 against 77.4. Although the Xiaomi Mi 9 and Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) were only released 3 months apart, the Xiaomi Mi 9 is just a little lighter and just a little bit thinner. Xiaomi Mi 9 has a bit more powerful processing unit than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2). Both have a 6 GB RAM memory and 8 cpu cores.
Xiaomi Mi 9 features a bit more vivid display than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), because it has more brightness, a bit bigger screen, a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2340 and a bit more pixels per screen inch. Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has a much better storage for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 9, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) also has a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB.
Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) features a much better battery performance than Xiaomi Mi 9, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3300mAh. The Xiaomi Mi 9 takes greater photos and videos than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and a F1.8 aperture, the Xiaomi Mi 9 also has a way larger sensor which offers a lot higher image and video quality, higher 60 fps video frame rates and a lot more mega pixels back-facing camera.
