Xiaomi Mi 9 has a score of 83.2, which is a little bit better than LG G5's overall score of 76.1. Xiaomi Mi 9's construction is notably newer, but a little bit thicker and just a little heavier than the LG G5. LG G5 features a little sharper display than Xiaomi Mi 9, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a greater pixels amount in each inch of display and a better 1440 x 2560 resolution.
Xiaomi Mi 9 features a bit faster processing unit than LG G5, because it has a higher amount of RAM and a larger number of cores. LG G5 counts with a superior storage capacity to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Mi 9, because although it has just 32 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 1,95 TB.
Xiaomi Mi 9 features greater battery lifetime than LG G5, because it has an 18% more battery capacity. The Xiaomi Mi 9 captures a lot better pictures and videos than LG G5, and although they both have the same camera aperture and the same video quality, the Xiaomi Mi 9 also has higher 60 fps video frame rates, a much larger camera sensor providing a much higher image quality and a back facing camera with lot more mega-pixels.
